WHAT YOU WILL NEED

1.ID with name printed in document and picture. ID must not have expired.

2.Name printed in document or under signature line, must be the same as appears on the ID.

3.Documents should be completely filled out, no blank spaces to be filled in later (except for the client's signature, and Notarial section).
